To the fullest extent permitted by Sri Lankan law, Play Port (Private) Limited, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any:

- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;
- Service interruptions, system errors, or unauthorized access;
- Acts or omissions of third-party service providers.
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Platform is to discontinue its use.
9. User Responsibilities

13. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.

Play Port (Private) Limited operates this Platform solely for licensed gaming and entertainment purposes.
The Company does not promote illegal gambling or target users in jurisdictions where such activities are restricted.
By registering, logging in, or using the Platform, you confirm that you:
